Hi, I'm Raf. I bake a few loaves a day in my San Francisco kitchen — flavors change with what I'm into that week. Country loaves, jalapeño cheddar, rosemary parmesan, and whatever else feels right.
This is small on purpose: just enough bread to share with friends and neighbors, made by hand, made with love. If a loaf makes your day a little better, that's the whole point.
